Pembleton Brooklands

Well at last the Brooklands is finished, registered and on the road. Drives very well with the lightly modified big block Moto Guzzi 850 Le Mans engine pushing out 100 bhp, pulls like a train. I need to get some shake down miles on the clock to see if i need to do any mods, I think the suspension is a bit soft even with spring assisters fitted. The Pembleton club has been invited to take part in the Grande drivers parade on the Friday before the 24 hour Le Mans race, l shall be going all being well. I'll update this site as things progress. Off to the Italian Mille Miglia in May with Kate my wife, flying not driving, so a bit of a motorsport year. I expect i'll have to do something horsey to keep Kate happy apart from the normal lorry repairs and maintenance, bless her.

I have taken the Brooklands to the local weigh bridge this morning and she comes in at 306Kg
which gives 326 BHP per ton.
